Bert Sutcliffe Retirement Village

This is one of Ryman Healthcare’s largest builds in Auckland to date. Situated on a steep site with contaminated and unstable ground, the project required extensive ground stabilisation for both the buildings and entry roads. We designed the foundations and structural support systems for each site, ensuring stability and safety throughout the construction process.
