Edmund Hillary Retirement Village

We were responsible for the structural design of townhouses, apartments and a care centre within an Auckland retirement village for Ryman Healthcare. The buildings varied from timber-framed units to five-level precast concrete structures. Additionally, we provided the civil design for the entire development, ensuring a cohesive and functional layout.
